One-Day Condensed Labour and Delivery Classes Birthcare is here to offer you some options as you prepare to welcome your baby. Our one-day condensed course helps you and your partner to learn about: -Promoting comfort, relaxation and good progress in your labour, -Options for pain management and possible interventions, and -Getting off to a great start with your baby's breastfeeding. Our classes are held in small-group settings and are led by experienced childbirth educators who are also doulas. Things are changing on the Ottawa prenatal scene, and we will be holding additional sessions to serve the needs of childbearing families in the Ottawa area. We can help you get your questions answered in a relaxed, comfortable setting. You can also practice many of the comfort measures that women find so helpful as labour begins and builds in strength. Give us a call, or send an email, and we can coordinate an evening or weekend gathering to suit your needs. We are really flexible in our scheduling and will endeavour to keep the cost economical for you.
