Prenatal classes: When cancelling a prenatal class after it has been booked there is a $25 administration fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the class there is a 50% cancellation fee. If it is less than 24 hours there is no refund. Labour Support: If the client requires a scheduled C/S and has discussed with the doula that service will not be needed the balance cheque is returned to the client. The deposit cheque is non-refundable. However if the client chooses not to call the doula during the labour for whatever reason the fee is non-refundable. Lactation, Postpartum and Familycare Services: After the service has been provided the fee is not refundable. Medela products: Due to the personal nature of the products if the package has been opened, the product can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
